The intention of this mapping was to verify whether the discrepancies among multiple sources when acquiring interactions from publications was the use of different isoforms of a protein. The study first maps all the proteins to a canonical or a base form of that protein and recalculates the RIGIDs and then perform a comparison with originally calculated RIGIDs. The different methods used for this are explained below. <br />
